September Newsletter- Back to School!

There is no question that buying a home in today’s market can be challenging. The volatile interest rates, low inventory and inflation have many of us feeling unsettled. Some homes are still receiving multiple offers and Sellers are getting at lease 100% of list price in CT. Assessing your financial health, knowing what you can afford and having an updated pre-approval are the most important things when buying a home. The featured article in September’s newsletter gives good tips on buying a home in today’s market.
