Are we ever really ready for this time of year? The transition from summer to fall can be difficult with back to school angst for some and longer commute times for others. I hope you’re navigating this time with minimal stress and maybe even taking advantage of the Halloween candy sales at CVS! This month’s newsletter includes tips for adding fall accents to your home as well as an article about buying vs renting. It is a fact that buying, even with the interest rates as they are, is more cost effective and builds more wealth over time than renting.
