November 2023 Newsletter

Hello! In November’s newsletter, learn the benefits of downsizing your home, holiday storage tips, and 5 home improvement projects that will give the most payoff in 2024. I’ve also included October’s 2023 market update for New Haven and Fairfield Counties. The average sales and list price are up in both counties compared to October 2023. While the number of new listings slightly increased in Fairfield County, New Haven County was down from prior year. The low inventory environment continues to drive up prices despite the interest rates hovering around 7-8%. In the spirit of the holiday season quickly approaching, I would like to thank all of my clients, peers, family and friends for your support and trust this year.
