Coldwell Banker Realty agent Lisa Zucaro is the "total package" real estate agent, combining a brain for business and a heart for helping people. Lisa started her career in the banking industry, holding various positions in sales and management at corporations such as Peoples United Bank and Bank of America. Lisa spent six years working in GE Capital's Northeast Middle Market Corporate Lending Sales Group before transitioning to the position of CT Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo. When Lisa earned her real estate license, she found her true calling. She is delighted to be working with the Coldwell Banker Realty team in the Fairfield, Connecticut office. Lisa has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations.

Her broad spectrum of corporate experiences has prepared Lisa very well. Her knowledge of finance, banking and business development has helped her with relationship building, market analysis and helping clients navigate the mortgage process. Her real estate acumen is equally broad, and Lisa specializes in new construction, first-time homebuyers, clients who are downsizing and investors in multi-family and distressed homes. A Fairfield native herself, Lisa lives in the Stratfield Village neighborhood and serves the areas of Fairfield and New Haven counties, including Fairfield, Westport, Easton, Bridgeport, Milford, New Haven and Stratford.
